It works with the single egg your body already produces each month, so there’s no ovarian stimulation involved. This package at Dr. Mazen IVF is overseen by Dr. Mazen himself. He’s a fertility specialist with over 20 years in the field, and he’s guided thousands of couples through their fertility journey. Before anyone starts a Natural Cycle plan, he reviews the case personally to make sure it actually makes sense for that patient. Not every case is right for it, and he’ll tell you honestly if it isn’t.
In terms of what actually happens: the process includes ovarian monitoring, egg retrieval, ICSI (a single sperm is injected directly into the egg), and finally embryo transfer. The package itself begins on day one of monitoring and wraps up after the first scan that confirms a heartbeat.
What's Included in Natural Cycle IVF Package
- All scans and consultations during monitoring, plus the first heartbeat scan after embryo transfer
- Hormone blood tests throughout monitoring and after transfer, right up to the heartbeat scan (E2, P4, LH, FSH, and BHCG)
- Pre-op blood tests for both partners:
- Husband – HIV 1 & 2, Hepatitis B & C
- Wife – VDRL, CBC, blood group/Rh, HIV 1 & 2, Hepatitis B & C
- The trigger shot, timed to release the egg at just the right point
- Surgeon and day-care fees for both egg retrieval and embryo transfer
- Embryology lab fees, ICSI included
- Sperm analysis, if it’s needed
