ما هو اختيار جنس الجنين بواسطة عملية أطفال الأنابيب( الحقن المجهري)؟

عندما تفشل الطرق الطبيعية للحمل يلجأ الزوجين للمساعدة الطبية ، وتوجد الكثير من الحلول الطبية لمعالجة  مشاكل العقم المتنوعة وتأخر الإنجاب مثل العلاج بالمنشطات والحقن المجهري وغيرها من الطرق المتنوعة والتي تختلف حسب نوع الحالة .

ولكن قد يضطر الزوجين لاتخاذ قرار اختيار  جنس الجنين قبل إتمام عملية أطفال الأنابيب وذلك لعدة أسباب  مثل رغبة الزوجين في إنجاب طفل ذكر أو أنثي ، أو أي سبب آخر خاص يتعلق بالزوجين .

بعد اجراء الفحوصات الطبية اللازمة لـ عملية أطفال الأنابيب بالإضافة لإنهاء جميع العلاجات اللازمة لتجهيز البويضات للحقن المخبري وزراعتها في رحم الأم ، يتم تحديد موعد مناسب لإجراء تخصيب للبويضة في المختبر وفصل الأجنة كي يتم زراعة الجنين سواء كان ذكر أو أنثي كما يتفق الزوجين مع الطبيب.

وكي يتم التأكد من أن البويضة المخصبة تحتوي على جنين سليم خالي من التشوهات أو الأمراض الوراثية يتم إجراء (الفحص الجيني)  والذي يهدف للتأكد من سلامة الكروموسومات الوراثية الخاصة بالجنين  لزراعة جنين سليم وخالي من الأمراض الوراثية .

والفحص الجيني ليس فقط للتأكد من سلامة جينات الجنين بل أيضاً يشمل فحص كروموسومات (X-Y) الخاصة بجنس الجنين وبالتالي يتم التعرف على جنس الجنين قبل زراعته في الرحم  وهنا  يتم زراعة البويضات الملقحة بجنس الجنين المطلوب سواء كان ذكر أو أنثي.

وتصنف تقنية الفحص الجيني أو التشخيص الوراثي بأنها  مضمونة بنسبة 99% في تحديد جنس الجنين المطلوب .

ويعتبر فحص الجينات الجنسي مكلف وإضافة على عملية  أطفال الأنابيب حيث لا يلجأ إليه إلا إذا كان الأزواج مضطرون لذلك ،  لأنه سوف يؤدي الى زيادة في التكلفة والوقت.

 الأسباب الشائعة طبياً لإجراء عملية تحديد جنس الجنين بواسطة الحقن المجهري:

–  إذا كانت المرأة تعاني من انسداد قناة فالوب  أو اختلال في الهرمونات حيث يؤدي لحدوث خلل في التبويض أو انعدام التبويض.

–  حالات العقم المتنوعة والتي تؤدي لمنع الحمل،  أو التأخر في الإنجاب لسنوات متعددة دون سبب واضح .

– إذا كانت هناك مشاكل في  حركة الحيوانات المنوية عند الرجل أو في عددها أو أي خلل يؤثر على حدوث اخصاب وحمل طبيعي.

– انتشار الأمراض الوراثية في تاريخ العائلة للزوجين ،  أو  الأمراض المرتبطة بالجنس ومنها مرض أنيميا البحر الأبيض المتوسط  والعديد من الأمراض الوراثية  الأخرى التي تنتشر في الكثير من العائلات.

وقد انتشر إجراء عملية الحقن المجهري بكثرة  في السنوات الأخيرة حيث أصبحت من العمليات الناجحة التي يلجأ إليها الأطباء لمعالجة جميع مشاكل العقم ومشاكل الأمراض الوراثية التي كان في السابق علاجها  مستحيل !!

هل من الممكن اختيار جنس الجنين في الحقن المجهري؟

هل من الممكن اختيار جنس الجنين في  الحقن المجهري؟

سؤال يطرحه الكثيرون من الأشخاص المهتمين بإجراء عملية  الحقن المجهري ، وللإجابة على هذا السؤال المحير يفضل أن تعرف ما هو الـ IVF ؟ وكيف يتم إجراءه والمراحل التي يمر بها .

 

الحقن المجهري : هو عبارة عن عملية لتجميع الحيوانات المنوية من الزوج و البويضات السليمة من الزوجة وإجراء عملية الإخصاب في المختبر ، ويتم حقن حيوان منوي واحد فقط في كل بويضة وذلك لضمان نجاح التلقيح الصناعي .

 

مراحل الحقن المجهري بالتفصيل:

  •  في البداية يلجأ الطبيب لمرحلة تحفيز المبايض  من خلال إعطاء الزوجة أدوية تساعد على إنتاج  أكبر عدد ممكن من البويضات الناضجة الصالحة للإخصاب وتحتاج هذه المرحلة مدة سبع إلى عشرة أيام .
  • وبعد مراقبة نمو البويضات  والتأكد من وجود عدد من البويضات الناضجة يتم سحبها في عملية بسيطة لسحب البويضات .
  • في نفس اليوم الذي يتم به سحب البويضات ، تحضر أيضاً عينة من الحيوانات المنوية التي سوف يتم تلقيحها بواسطة تقنية الـ ICSI   (والتي يتم بها حقن الحيوانات المنوية في داخل الهيولي ) باستخدام حيوان منوي واحد لكل بويضة .
  • وبعد حقن البويضة بالحيوان المنوي يتم إجراء فحوصات جينية متعددة وهي فحص التأكد من سلامة الكروموسومات من الأمراض الوراثية وفحص جنس الجنين حتى يتم  زراعة البويضة السليمة .
  • وبعد الانتهاء من حقن واختيار البويضة السليمة يتم زرع البويضات( الجنين)  في رحم الأم في عملية تخدير سريعة وبسيطة.
  • بعد ذلك يتم إجراء فحص الدم للتأكد من حدوث الحمل ونجاح العملية .

وبهذه الخطوات يتم إجراء عملية الحقن المجهري والتي نجحت في علاج الكثير من حالات العقم المستعصية والتغلب على مشاكل انتقال الأمراض الوراثية في العديد من العائلات.

  • إذا كان للمرأة تاريخ إنجاب سابق بالطبع سوف يضمن نجاح العملية .
  • يلعب العمر دور مهم في نجاح  عملية  أطفال الأنابيب حيث تزداد نسبة نجاح العملية اذا كان عمر الزوجة تحت 35 سنة وكلما زاد عمر الزوجين سوف تقل نسبة نجاح العملية .
